About The Organize PDF Tool

Visually sorting and deleting pages from a PDF shouldn't require downloading heavy desktop software or uploading your confidential documents to an unsecured server.

Our tool solves this by booting up two massive open-source engines entirely inside your web browser memory. First, we use Mozilla's PDF.js to mathematically render visual thumbnails of every page. Second, we use PDF-lib to restructure the core byte array of the document based on your visual drag-and-drop actions.

How to Use

  1. Upload your PDF. The tool will take a few seconds to extract visual thumbnails for every page.
  2. Click and drag any page thumbnail to change its order in the document.
  3. Click the red 'X' button on any page to permanently delete it from the final document.
  4. Click 'Apply Changes & Preview'. The engine will instantly restructure the byte stream and generate a preview of your polished document below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this tool safe for confidential business documents?

Yes! Because the entire drag-and-drop grid and the PDF byte-restructuring happens in your computer's local RAM, your documents are never transmitted over the internet.

Can I undelete a page?

If you accidentally delete a page from the grid, you will need to click 'Change File' to reload the original PDF and start over.

Does this reduce the file size?

If you delete pages from the original PDF, the resulting file will have a smaller file size because those pages are permanently stripped from the byte array.
