About The Sign PDF Tool

Adding a signature to a legal contract or tax document shouldn't require printing it out or uploading highly sensitive personal information to a remote server.

This tool allows you to physically draw your signature or type it using realistic cursive fonts. The engine captures your signature as a transparent image, automatically calculates the scaling limits, and mathematically embeds the image into the bottom-right corner of your PDF's first page.

How to Use

  1. Upload your PDF document.
  2. Choose 'Draw' to use your mouse or touchscreen, or 'Type' to use realistic cursive fonts. Select your preferred ink color.
  3. Click 'Apply Signature & Preview'. The engine will instantly stamp the document and generate a secure local preview so you can verify the signature before downloading.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my signature uploaded to your servers?

Absolutely not. Your signature is rendered locally. The image is captured in your browser's RAM, embedded into the PDF in your RAM, and downloaded directly to your hard drive. It never touches the internet.

Can I remove the signature later?

No. Once the signature is embedded into the byte stream and the PDF is downloaded, it is permanently flattened into the document structure. Always keep a backup of your original unsigned file.

Where does the signature go?

By default, this tool scales your signature and stamps it into the bottom-right corner of the first page of the document.
